Valuations

Any piece of property has a determinable value, whether it is an office, shop or home. A valuation report is the way to obtain a clear and objective valuation.

There are different valuations which include:
 •   A valuation of the market value for a decision on whether to buy or sell.
 •   A valuation of the foreclosure value for the financing of property.
 •   A valuation of the rental value for rent review negotiations.
 •   A valuation of rebuilding costs for insurance purposes.
 •   A valuation of an investor’s property portfolio for preparing a profit and loss account and balance sheet.
Irrespective of which basis for valuation is applied, it is important for the client to obtain a realistic judgment of the value in which all the relevant factors are taken into very careful account.
