DWS has sold office building Zilveren Toren in Amsterdam to a private investor

The property is located at Stationsplein 51-71 right next to the central station. The building measures some 5,000 m² of office space. The multi-tenant office building has been owned by DWS on behalf of one of its real estate funds since 1998 and is approximately 80% rented to Albelli and The Organic Corporation (Tradin Organic Agriculture). The buyer has plans to (re)develop and make the building more sustainable in the coming years.

DWS was assisted commercially during the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield and legally by Core Notariaat. The buyer was assisted by Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Advisors, Baker McKenzie, Rechtstaete and Leeuwenkamp Architects. Berlin Hyp financed the acquisition on behalf of the buyer.
