Kai Steensma employed by Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants

Kai Steensma (29) joined the team of Van Dijk Ten Cate real estate consultants on 1 January. Kai’s initial focus will be on buying and rental activities within the Amsterdam portfolio. Kai has worked in various commercial positions in recent years.

With Kai’s employment, Van Dijk Ten Cate expects to further expand its position in the Amsterdam real estate market.

Van Dijk & Ten Cate has been an important advisor in the Amsterdam office market in both rental and purchase transactions for many years. By 2022, Van Dijk & Ten Cate has sold and purchased over 170 million euros worth of real estate investments nationwide and have been involved in over 120,000 m² of purchase and rental transactions.
