Nieuwe Heren BV sells Nieuwe Herengracht 119 in Amsterdam

Nieuwe Heren 119 BV has sold the canal house located on Nieuwe Herengracht. The original property dates back to 1870 and was brought into use by Marcel Wanders Studio in 2020 after a thorough renovation (carried out by Millten). This renovation naturally incorporated Marcel Wanders’ highly recognisable signature into the building. The property is located on its own land and measures approx. 1,150 m². Following its sale, Nieuwe Herengracht 119 was transferred, free of rent and use, to a new foreign owner-occupier who has taken it over as its headquarters. The buyer was legally advised by Van Campen Liem.

The seller was legally assisted by Fort Advocaten and commercially advised by Van Dijk and Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants.
