- Drawing up spatial needs/analysis or schedule of requirements;
- Drawing up a long and a shortlist of the range of available options (on and off market);
- Compiling a general cost estimate for rebuilding work (total cost of housing);
- Taking charge of negotiations on purchase/rental conditions and the standard of the premises at the time of transfer;
- Assessing the contract on its practical and legal merits and negotiating in these areas;
- Assisting with the delivery and verification of the delivery report.
