Borghese and COD sell two offices in The Hague
Borghese Real Estate and COD have sold Saturnusstraat 14 and Maanplein 20 in The Hague to an entity represented by Aventicum Capital Management from Zurich.
Both buildings are part of the redevelopment of the Maanplein into a mixed living and working area.
Saturnusstraat 14 was a former shipping center that was redeveloped by Borghese and COD into a modern office building called Apollo 14. The building of 4.543 sqm lfa is 50 % leased by the Municipality and 50 % to Q42.
The Municipality rents a part out to startups. This fits within its policy to give these young and creative companies a chance to develop themselves further and contribute to the knowledge economy in The Hague. With Apollo 14, the Caballero factory and all new initiatives the Saturnusstraat becomes the startup community of The Hague.
Maanplein 20 consists of an area of 4.397 sqm lfa and is almost fully let to Tech Mahindra, ZTE Netherlands and Content Guru.

Borghese and COD have already transformed 30.000 sqm gfa offices on the Maanplein into 266 homes and some commercial spaces and 10.000 sqm office space have been modernized and rented out. In 2019 work will start on the construction of another 400 homes in three new building blocks. The Universe project will then also be started : the redevelopment of 23.000 sqm gfa office space into a modern contemporary office building around a new atrium.
