University of Applied Sciences for Professionals Academica has chosen the Weteringschans 28 as their new headquarters in Amsterdam. This striking multi-tenant building, located across the Rijksmuseum is due to this transaction now 100% leased.
The owner was assisted by Van Dijk and Ten Cate and lessee Academica was assisted by FRIS Business brokers in this acquisition.
