Happy Horizon B.V. has leased approximately 1,550 m² of office space in the building renovated by Cocon Real Estate located at Ellermanstraat 23, building The Wearhouse. The building was recently completed and has a Breeam Excellent Label and is completely gas free. With this, the building is fully leased. Rent has not been disclosed. Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants B.V. acted for the landlord and Verschuren en Scheppers for the tenant.
