As of today, Van Dijk & Ten Cate officially has 4 partners.

Besides the two founders Jaap van Dijk (since 1999) and Reinoud ten Cate (since 1999) and Bas Gras ( partner since 2018), Maarten van Dooren has joined as a partner. Maarten joined Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants in September 2019 and, also due to his previous work experiences, has specialised as a real estate consultant in the Amsterdam region for more than 15 years.

‘Partly due to Maarten’s arrival, we have further expanded our position in Amsterdam in recent years’ said Reinoud ten Cate, we are therefore very pleased with Maarten’s joining as a partner. ‘In order to facilitate the strong growth we have experienced in recent times, we will also be looking for new colleagues to further strengthen our leasing team as well as our investment team’.
