MN sells residential portfolio of 110 single-family homes

Pension administrator and asset manager MN has sold, on behalf of the company pension fund for the Koopvaardij, the Kwadrant portfolio to a foundation managed by asset manager Syndicering Netherlands N.V.
The Kwadrant portfolio consists entirely of single-family homes. The portfolio includes 110 single-family homes spread across nine locations mainly in the south of the Netherlands.
MN handles the pension implementation for the metal & technology sector and the company pension fund and manages the capacity of over € 130 billion for various pension funds in the Netherlands. MN performs the pension administration, insurances and social arrangements for almost 2 million people and about 35.000 employers. About 1.000 people work at MN.
