SWAPFIETS RENTS MOLUKKENSTRAAT 200

Kroonberg Groep has reached agreement with Swapfiets within a long term lease contract for the building at Molukkenstraat 200 in Amsterdam. Swapfiets will rent the entire building, consisting of approx. 1400m² of office space. The Building, which was built in 1995 as the headquarters of Royal Utermöhlen dressing factory and was later used as a collective business building, no longer meeting the requirements of its time. A major renovation was therefore necessary, but with as much preservation of the architecture as possible.
