Van Dijk and Ten Cate advises Harbert and Quan on the purchase of an office building on the Naritaweg in Amsterdam
Harbert European Real Estate, in its joint venture with Quan Real Estate Partners, purchased an office building on the Naritaweg 163-173 from PATRIZIA for € 11.2 million.
The office on the Naritaweg was built in 2002. The property has a floor area of approx. 4,300 m² and 49 parking spaces which is currently being leased. The property is rented to Citco Netherlands, which uses it as their Dutch headquarters.
Real estate adviser Colliers International has assisted PATRIZIA with the sale of this property. CMS Law advised the seller legally. The buyer was commercially assisted in this transaction by Van Dijk and Ten Cate and legally assisted by Greenberg Traurig.
