Van Dijk & Ten Cate acted as purchasing agent for a joint venture between APF International and Angelo Gordon in the acquisition of office building located on the Keizersgracht.

It is a national monument and has approximately 2,000 m² of office space and also has opportunities for expansion. The building was built around 1685 as two residences, around 1770 these residences were connected. The monumental character of the vestibule is still visible in several rooms.

Van Dijk & Ten Cate Vastgoed Adviseurs was involved as a purchasing agent. Rappange Makelaardij collaborated with JL Broeren as advisors to the seller, a private investor. Osborne Clarke advised the buyer on the transaction.
