The business complex at Industrieweg 14 in Druten has been leased to the ICA Group for many years. ICA has been a leading wholesaler and importer of ceramic wall and floor tiles for 30 years.

The location is convenient to the A15 and A50 motorways. Due to growth, the ICA Group had been looking for suitable space for some time. ICA will mainly use the object as a storage location. The object covers a total of approximately 12,000 m² lettable floor space of which 11,000 m² of business space and 1,000 m² of office and showcase space.
