Van Dijk & Ten Cate advises Midvast on the sale of cruquiuswerf Amsterdam office building

The Amsterdam project developer and investor Midvast has sold the office building on the Cruquiusweg in Amsterdam to investor Snapdragon. The newly built complex is part of the large-scale development ‘Cruquiuswerf’ in Amsterdam East.
The building consists of 6 floors with a total lettable floor area of 1,789 m² and has 6 parking spaces. The office building offers space for, among other things, creative activity. Seller Midvast is an Amsterdam project developer and investor, who mainly deals with transformations, redevelopments and new construction. Midvast develops both for its own portfolio and for third parties. Snapdragon is a flower bulb and plant exporter that also invests in Dutch real estate. The buyer will offer the spaces for rent.
