A private investor has bought an office complex including conference center located at the Handelsweg 1, 1a and 2 in Zeist from an international investor for approximately € 39 million.
The complex on the Handelsweg was built around 1986 and was completely renovated in 2008. Three buildings were built on the 27,000 m² site, including a national conference center. The complexes together have a lettable floor area of over 15,000 m² and feature 415 parking spaces.
Van Dijk & Ten Cate Vastgoedadviseurs assisted this transaction on behalf of the buyer. CBRE has assisted the seller in commercial areas. Osborne Clarke advised buyer in the legal field and Dentos Boekel the vendor.
