Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants advises on sale of residential portfolio Hestia to Grouwels Vastgoed

Grouwels Vastgoed B.V. has added 211 multi-family homes and 8 single-family homes to their portfolio with the purchase of the Hestia residential portfolio. The seller of the housing portfolio is a Dutch real estate fund. The selling price of the portfolio is a total sum of € 36.500.00,- costs for the buyer.

The portfolio has a nationwide spread over 14 municipalities in the Netherlands, namely Almere, Amersfoort, Den Haag, Dordrecht, Eelde, Eindhoven, Groningen, Kaatsheuvel, Nijmegen, Oss, Rosmalen, Sint-Michielgestel, Veghel and Zwollo.

The seller was legally advised by Core Notariaat and the overall guidance was provided by Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants.
