Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants advises on sale of residential portfolio SOM

This transaction concerns 13 properties consisting of 52 homes and one commercial space, 24 of the homes have been leased in the liberalized sector. The objects are all located at prime locations in Amsterdam and Rotterdam, most of which have been made more sustainable by SOM in recent years.
