Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants scores high on half-year ranking

PropertyNL / Ventu Research presents the Half-Year ranking, an overview of the second half of 2019 of the balance of power in real estate advice. It consists of a deeper research of the well-known Top-1001 Brokers, which is published after the end of the calendar year.

Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants scores high in various segments of the Half-Year Ranking, we for instance, find ourselves in the 22nd place of the Top-25 real estate advisors office market nationwide, and even a place in the Top-10 real estate advisors Greater Amsterdam area through involvement with over 34,000 m² of office rental transactions in solely this region.

In addition, Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Consultants also finds itself high (6th place) in the Top-10 real estate advisers for residential investments in the Netherlands. Similarly, we are also counted among the Top-25 investment property advisers in the Netherlands as we finish in the 14th place with a volume of over €325 million in investment transactions for the second half of 2019.
