Van Dijk & Ten Cate sells Amvest residential portfolio for € 110 million
Van Dijk & Ten Cate has sold an Amvest residential portfolio to Rubens Capital.

The portfolio has a national spread and consists of around 750 residential units (multi- and single-family dwellings), garages and a few business premises.
The selling price is slightly above € 110 million. Seller Amvest has sold the properties for one of its institutional clients.
For Rubens Capital Partners this is the third major purchase in a short time. Earlier this year the Storq portfolio (€ 97 million) and Platinum portfolio were also acquired (€ 98.5 million, together with Capreit). Rubens Capital Partners (RCP) is an Amsterdam based asset and investment manager with approximately € 3 billion worth of real estate under management.
Van Dijk & Ten Cate real estate advisors advised Amvest. Loyens & Loeff acted as legal adviser.
