Van Dijk & Ten Cate advised an institutional investor with the sale of a residential portfolio to Grouwels Real Estate.
The portfolio consists of a total of 41 residential units, including 31 single-family dwellings and 10 apartments. The age of the units varies greatly; the oldest unit was built in 1903 whilst the youngest unit was built in 2007.
