Van Dijk & Ten Cate Vastgoedadviseurs B.V. mediates in the rental of Ellermanstraat 23 in Amsterdam

Currently, raw industrial garages define the Overamstel area, real-estate developer Cocon is committed to transforming the Ellermanstraat 23 through this re-development. The former industrial building is currently being completely renovated into a high-quality workplace for creative companies.
From rust to space
In the new design, the building is divided into three layers of office space and a roof garden of over 1000 m². With a floor space between 600 and 1500 m² per floor, the floor plan can be flexibly arranged based on the wishes of the tenants. The existing facades will be replaced by a combination of glass and steel for transparency and sufficient light. Mick van Gemert is responsible for the design, the constructor is Duyts Bouwconstructies. Architect Mick van Gemert: “We stripped the building to its core, but the combination of glass, steel, aluminum and brick preserves the industrial character of the building.”
Professional living room
The interior is characterized by a mix of sleek furnishings and flexible meeting rooms, interspersed with lots of greenery and spacious patios. The result is a professional living room where you go for a meeting, presentation or work session with colleagues. But where you can also escape the issues of the day in the largest roof garden in Amsterdam.
Currently, 1,130 m². has already been let to Mintlab B.V. The rent is € 225 per m². Commercial space is still available on the ground floor of the building with an area of approximately 1,511 m². For more information, please contact Van Dijk & ten Cate Vastgoedadviseurs B.V.
